How The Program Works

Eligibility

To be eligible for involvement with Community Driven you must be:

• • A resident of  Lancefield- Romsey district (3434/ 3435 postcode).
  • Over the age of 17 unless accompanied by a parent, carer of guardian

Health Transport
Health Transport program is where volunteer drivers taking individuals to their health appointments. This includes picking passengers up from home, or a nominated location, dropping them off at appointment, collecting passenger at end of appointment and returning them home.

The volunteer drivers use the community car or their own vehicle.

There is a suggested $ contribution towards the cost of trips based on distance.
